C.A.R.D.S. (Committee for Airline Reservations Distribution Systems)

 

C.A.R.D.S. is an airline organisation concentrating on Distribution Channels, Reservations, Revenue Integrity, Revenue Management and Fare Filing.

In addition to Airline members, GDS/CRS (Global Distribution Systems), IATA, ATPCO and leading Travel Technology companies attend meetings.

The organisation meets regularly in London, England at venues which are conveniently reached from Heathrow Airport.

The Objectives of C.A.R.D.S.

1. - To represent the interests of member airlines in achieving optimum distribution and management of their products and services.

2. - To collaborate on common challenges for mutual advantage.

3. - To inform members about current systems and future developments.

4. - To encourage research and development in the field of automated distribution for the benefit of the Airline and Travel Industry.

C.A.R.D.S. is a platform which for over 35 years has been used by member airlines to bring forward policies and procedures which have benefitted its members.

C.A.R.D.S. is a non-profit organisation and the Annual Membership fee is only £50 per airline.  There are no meeting fees and more than one representative can attend each meeting.
